Took me 15 hrs (about 2h 45m to get through the entire tower after I figured I needed to restart due to missing a necessary item).
This is a decent game ruined by needing to use a guide. There is no way anyone would be able to beat this without a guide. The gameplay itself is pretty fun with a good challenge. This port gives you the option to start from any level that you had reached in your previous game with all items you'd collected without needing to enter a cheat (which I believe is what the actual arcade cabinet requires).
If not for the guide requirement, I would rate it a 7/10.
