I beat the Scenario Mode on Easy. It probably took me about 10 hrs just to beat it on Easy (and considering the battles only last about 2-3 minutes, that's a LOT of attempts).

One of many block stacking games similar to Tetris, with the twist being when you make matches and string together matches, you introduce stone-like blocks to your opponents well that can only be cleared by making matches with blocks that are touching the stone blocks, and the longer the combo, the more stone blocks get dropped onto your opponent's playing field. If you're familiar with Puyo Puyo (which I'm not), they just took that and replaced the characters with characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon (not including Sonic). There are three modes: head to head, practice, and scenario, with scenario mode being where you battle 12 of Robotnik's robotic henchmen and then the Dr., himself.

The main problem with this game is that the speed of the falling blocks increases dramatically very quickly. I can't imagine anyone who isn't at least halfway decent at Tetris sticking with this game for very long since within 4 or 5 levels, the blocks fall at a blistering pace. This also applies to the Scenario Mode where by about the 5th or 6th scenario, they're falling so fast, winning the battle is about 95% luck, even on Easy. Of course, your enemies will get ridiculously "lucky" and string together some combos when they are about to lose which will make you quickly go from almost certain victory to automatic loss. I really can't imagine how "lucky" they get in the harder difficulties.

Unless you really like Tetris and similar games, I would recommend skipping this one, as it'll most likely just quickly frustrate you.
